| This is an exceptional plant fossil from the North Yorkshire coast. Zamites is an extinct genus of plant, in the family Williamson iaceae, that lived from the Triassic to Eocene. The detail throughout this specimen is exceptional and would make an excellent addition to any collection, not just of plants but of Yorkshire coast fossils. |
