This wonderfully preserved specimen has extremely long arms which is a characteristic of this type of brittlestar, also it has a small body. The specimen has been painstakingly prepared and lies on an aesthetic piece of hard siltstone. The specimen was discovered in 2001 afer a small cliff fall. These gorgeous creaturs are still alive today around Britain's coastlines, however this beautiful specimen is approximately 190 million years old. Each specimen is totally unique and becoming incredibly scarce to obtain thesedays. A true collectors item.
