| This magnificent large example resided in the Underhill Gault Clay collection. The specimen was discovered in 1975. The ammonite has wonderful irridescence throughout, the dominant colour being green, there are also little subtle flashes of red. Large quality specimens such as this one are very rarely discovered thesedays. A tremendous addition for the serious collector. First described by SPATH 1928. Approximately 108 million years old.
