| description |
|
| This really nice and large example has been preserved in black phosphate and has lovely detail both sides. It was discovered circa 1975 and resided in the Underhill Gault Clay collection. Ammonites such as this example, are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain thesedays from this iconic locality. A good and important ammonite for the collector. Approximately 108 million years old. |
