  ref AMM6838
A very aesthetic multi ammonite piece from a very rare locality which has attached a dogstooth calcite crystal next to the ammonite. Most of the ammonites still retain some of their original white shells. The fossil has been left natural with no preparation work. The acid rain perculating through the topsoil has left a sublime natural finish. Attached to the cut base is an anti slip and scratch pad, for peace of mind when displaying on wood or glass surfaces. Discovered in 2009 from a temporary exposure. Approximately 200 million years old.
