  ref AMM7358
Fossils from this well known locality are becoming rare due to lack of erosion and over-collecting by collectors, colleges and universities. This particular example was found in the 1980's and is a matrix free, white calcite, Lytoceras. Lytoceras from this locality are rare and very seldom come on to the market. This specimen has slight wear on one of the edges, this is due to natural erosion. A wonderful and highly beautiful specimen. Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website.
