Firest described by (Donovan) this rare Coroniceras has been fully prepared one side only and has an immaculate centre. This specimen was collected in 1979 and has remained in the same collection ever since. The ammonite has been preserved in very dark brown calcite. One for the discerning collector of rare lower liassic ammonites. Approximately 206 million years old.
A lovely double ammonite piece with both specimens preserved in different shades of brown and yellow calcite. The matrix is highly aesthetic and has a level base for upright display. Approximately 200 million years old.
Again another quality double which has been preserved in solid light brown calcite. The matrix is a natural triangular shape which has a cut base for upright display. Approximately 200 million year old. A lovely and unique gift idea.
This promicroceras has been preserved in pale yellow calcite and lies on an aesthetic piece of matrix which would make a lovely natural specimen with no cut base. Approximately 200 million years old. The ammonite has been fully prepared.
