This is a stunning and large piece of transluscent amber that exhibits great lustre and fire and we at Fossils Direct are proud to offer one of the oldest amber specimens in the world, which is approximately 115 million years old. This amber originated from the fossil tree Brachyphyllum,a conifer of the family Araucariaceae and was discovered in the 1990's. A real collectors item!!
