description |
|
This is only the second example of this ultra rare crinoid that we have ever had on offer. This specimen was collected in the 1860's whilst digging canals in the area. To the serious crinoid collector these Apiocrinites are the "Holy Grail" of crinoids. What more can we say about this stunning fossil which is approximately 160 million years old. |
