| description |
|
| A very rare Oxfordian ammonite preserved in solid pyrite and was discovered in 1972. Collecting fossils has long ceased at this locality which makes ammonites from here rarities. The strong ribbing and sutures are beautiful and well defined. A quality ammonite for the serious collector. Approximately 165 million years old. |
