description |
|
This lovely multi ammonite fossil has taken many hours to prepare. All the ammonites have been preserved in solid calcite. Classic multi ammonite pieces from this iconic locality are becoming increasingly rare to find thesedays. This specimen was discovered in 2011 after heavy rain revealed fossil bearing stones and nodules. A fantastic addition for the collector of aesthetic pieces. Approximately 200 million years old. |
