| This huge Spiroceras has been preserved in light yellow calcite and has stunning detail throughout. Very rarely do ammonites of this calibre come on the open market. The size of the matrix is 160mm x 120mm. This famous Oolite locality is no longer accessible to the collector. This is the finest quality and largest Spiroceras we have had to date, these ammonites are very rare. Prepared by Andy Cowap. One for the serious collector. |
