description |
|
This beautifully preserved rare double Spiroceras fossil was unearthed during the mid 1990's. The site where it was collected is no longer accessible to the collector and so these superb fossils are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain. The ammonites are preserved in solid light yellow calcite and there is alos a Lissoceras ammonite preserved (18mm). One for the serious collector. |
