description |
|
A really nice 3D jaw section with teeth. Most of the teeth are worn except one which is perfect. This exact locality is where Mary Anning used to fossil hunt over 200 years ago, a really iconic and world famous location. The detail on the jaw bones is really clear and has the blood vessel opening preserved on one side which is a lovely feature. Approximately 200 million years old. Discovered in 1979. |
