description |
|
This quality specimen is approximately 86 million years old and was discovered in 1985. This location is famous for its chalk fossils, especially sponges, however these localities are now lost to industrial estates and housing. There is a lot of detail on the fossil sponge and would make a lovely addition for the discerning collector. Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website. |
