| description |
|
| A really nice example, above average size for its species and preserved in shades of yellow and brown calcite. The ammonite has been prepared using traditional methods and was discovered after a storm hit the coast in 1992. The fossil also has its negative imprint preserved, which is an aesthetic and lovely feature. Approximately 200 million years old. Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website. |
