| Very rarely does a Promicroceras of this size come on to the open market for sale, it was discovered by David Sole circa 1996 and has been fully prepared. The matrix has been shaped around the ammonites in an oblong shape, this will help it fit neatly into a specimen drawer. Only very rarely do this type of ammonite exceed 32mm, this particular ammonite is 35mm. Approximately 200 million years old. One for the serious collector.
