description |
|
A really nice rare double which is approximately 210 million years old. It has been fully prepared and was discovered in 1986. One ammonite slightly overlaps the other, which is highly aesthetic. Psiloceras is recognised as the first true ammonite and only found in a few places around the world. The two shells are preserved on hard shale and have been fully prepared, a really good display fossil. Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website. |
