description |
|
This specimen has been preserved in phosphate and has really nice natural irridescence when turned to the light. The main colours exhibited are red, green, orange and yellow. These quality irridescent ammonites are becoming increasingly rare to obtain thesedays. This specimen will make a very good drawer fossil for the collector. Approximately 105 million years old.
