The main ammonite on this beautiful piece is the Galaticeras, very few of these elusive ammonites are discovered. Alongside the Galaticeras lies a juvenile Epophioceras cf.longimana and a Promicroceras planicosta. All specimens have been fully prepared and have been preserved in solid calcite. Discovered in 1988. One for the collector of rare UK liassic ammonites. Approximately 200 million years old.
