description |
|
This lovely dermal scute is totally complete and was discovered in 1991 after being removed from a small nodule with acetic acid. The detail on the bone surface is incredible, especially under magnification. Serious collectors of English dinosaur material will appreciate how rare this specimen is. This specimen resided in the late GORDON WALKDEN collection. Approximately 200 million years old. |
