  This beautifully preserved ammonite has an immaculate pin point centre. The surrounding matrix has been sculptured to create a unique effect. This particular item has taken many hours to prepare and is a complete one off object which would look good in any home or indeed office space. Approximately 168 million years old. The matrix base is flat for upright display. Prepared by Andy Cowap.

  Another wonderfully preserved ammonite which was discovered on England's south coast in 1990.The matrix which surrounds the ammonite has been sculptured to give this aesthetic and unique texture. Part of the matrix is an iron red hard sandstone which is such a beautiful feature and contrasts lovely with the regular pale yellow oolithic limestone. The lower part of the matrix has a flat base for upright display. These wonderful ammonites are incredibly difficult to obtain thesedays and are from a location which is now a caravan park. A totally unique one off fossil which has been prepared by Andy Cowap and is approximately 167 million years old.

  This beautifully preserved solid calcite highly ribbed ammonite has an immaculate pin point centre. The surrounding matrix has been sculptured for a different but highly effective finish. The lower part of the matrix has a cut base for upright display. These stunning ammonites are approximately 167 million years old and are from a locality which has no longer been accessible to the collector since 1995, hence their becoming increasingly rare to obtain. This piece has been prepared by Andy Cowap and would make a unique one off display item for either the home or indeed office space. One for the interior designer.

  This specimen is from a temporary exposure and has been beautifully prepared to achieve maximum aesthetics. It is a more or less complete ammonite with a partial outer body chamber also preserved on the matrix, which only adds to the interest of this fine specimen. The specimen has a cut base for ease of display and would be an ideal display piece for either the collector or indeed for the interior designer.
