  This beautiful grade A piece of original Marston Marble has wonderful detail throughout. The piece has been ground gem smooth and finally a high polish applied. The calcite veins or septarian really adds to the aesthetics. Trillions of these small ammonites were wiped out in a single catastrophe some 200 million years ago. The base has been cut flat for upright display and attached is an anti slip and scratch pad for peace of mind when displaying on furniture. A unique display item for either the home or office space.

  A lovely example of a cluster of Promicroceras lying next to a piece of fossilised driftwood, probably from the ancient Monkey Puzzle tree. Each ammonite has been preserved in solid calcite and has beautiful colours. Approximately 200 million years old.

  This beautifully preserved multi ammonite fossil makes an aesthetic and totally unique display piece. Also with the main Asteroceras ammonite lies a Cymbites globularis, a Promicroceras planicosta and a thin Xipheroceras sp, all preserved in various shades of brown calcite. The matrix has a level base for upright display purposes. Approximately 200 million years old.
