  This classic lower liassic ammonite woudl make a wonderful display piece in any home or office space which is totally unique. The ammonite has been preserved in various shades of calcite. The matrix has a cut base for upright display. This type of ammonite from Lyme Regis is becoming increasingly difficult to find thesedays. Approximately 200 million years old.

  Again another classic zonal ammonite from a famous and iconic locality on england's south coast. The ammonite has been preserved in various shades of yellow and brown calcite and has wonderful and clear sutures. The specimen lies at the top of an aesthetic piece of matrix which also has a cut base for upright display options. Approximately 200 million years old.

  This beautifully preserved Scunthorpe ammonite comes with its own wrought iron display stand. The ammonite has been preserved in solid calcite and exhibits many colours including browns, creams, whites and the odd fleck of pink. There is no restoration whatsoever, just a small repair on the reverse side. Scunthorpe ammonites are becoming very rare indeed as all the quarries were backfilled in the early 90's. These fossils are not only stunning as display objects, but a sound investment for the future.
