  A stunning example of this uncommon oolithic ammonite which was discovered in 1983. The specimen has a pin point immaculate centre and was prepared by Andy Cowap. The ammonite lies in an aesthetic piece of matrix which has a flat base for upright display. Approximately 169 million years old.

  A lovely "chunky" piece of matrix which has three solid calcite ammonites preserved, one on the front and two down the left hand side. There is also a very nice piece of fossilised wood. The matrix has a flat base to which is attached an anti slip and scratch pad for peace of mind when displaying on delicate surfaces. Approximately 200 million years old.

  This is one of the largest examples we have ever seen and guessing its length would have been approximately 260/275mm. The specimen has been very well preserved and was discovered in 1972 from this now famous Gault Clay locality. A real collectors piece this and a unique drawer fossil.
